: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Departmental Research and Ethics Review Committee (DRERC) of Addis Ababa University’s College of Health Sciences, Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, with Protocol Number DRERC/722/23/MLS. Additionally, all participants were informed about the purpose of the study, the selection procedures, the need to collect a small amount of body fluid samples, and access to their medical records, as well as assurances of confidentiality through the use of pseudonyms to enhance anonymity. Subsequently, patient approval was confirmed by obtaining written consent.
