: Ethical approval for the conduct of this study was obtained from the Navrongo Health Research Centre (NHRC) institutional review board (IRB) (ID: NHRCIRB596). Informed consent was obtained from participants prior to their enrolment into the study. In addition to parental informed consent, an assent was obtained from participants aged 12 to 17 years old. Upon enrolment, data collected from study participants were labelled with unique identification numbers to ensure anonymity throughout the study process.
