: This study received approval from the Institutional Ethics Committee of the National Institute of Public Health (INSP), Conakry, Guinea, under accreditation number N° 011/Lab/INSP/2025. We used anonymized surveillance data routinely collected by the Ministry of Health. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and national ethical guidelines for biomedical research. Data collection was carried out anonymously, and the confidentiality of participants was respected.

: This study was conducted using anonymized routine surveillance data. Consent to participate was obtained in accordance with national public health surveillance procedures.
