: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Before the study began, ethical clearance was obtained from the ethical review committee of the College of Medicine and Health Science, Wollo University [Ref. No- WU/CMHS/0003/20/2025]. Verbal informed consent was obtained from all participants before the interview. Privacy, anonymity, and confidentiality were ensured throughout the study process. We rigorously protected participant privacy and confidentiality throughout the study, even though verbal consent was used. Before being enrolled, the data collectors recorded the participants’ verbal consent after fully informing them of the study’s goals, methods, and rights. The participants were informed that refusing consent or withdrawing from the study would not negatively affect their access to healthcare.
