: This retrospective analysis was conducted with the approval of the Research Ethics Committee of Hajjah University on July 13, 2025 (Reference No.: 012). Moreover, data collection was permitted by the Health and Environment Office in Hajjah Governorate based on an official letter from Hajjah University. In addition, the data were handled in accordance with the ethical principles and scientific standards of the Declaration of Helsinki and the legal regulations in force in Yemen. Furthermore, the data obtained were anonymous, meaning they did not include any identifying information about the participants to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of their identities.
