: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Bahir Dar University (Ref BDU-CMHS- IRB 3053/2024). Written informed consent was obtained from all literate participants. For participants with literacy barriers, the IRB approved documented verbal consent, which was obtained and recorded. All transcripts were anonymised, and de‑identified data were stored on password‑protected, encrypted drives accessible only to the research team.
