Ethical approval of the study was obtained from the institutional review board (IRB) of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at Hawassa University (Ref. No: IRB/167/16). All participants were made aware of the study’s goal and each patient was provided with written informed consent. For minors, both consent and assent were obtained. The recruitment period for this study began on 10/05/2024 and ended on 31/07/2024. All methods were performed following the relevant guidelines and regulations.
