: This retrospective, non-interventional study used fully anonymized routine microbiology data and involved no modification of clinical care. It was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and received a posteriori approval from the Ethics Committee of the Hospital–University of Tangier (Comité d’Éthique Hospitalo-universitaire de Tanger; ref. 163/25) on July 23, 2025.
