: The Dilla University College of Medicine and Health Science Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved this study (Protocol unique No.: Ref.No-duchm/irb/026/2024). Parents or guardians were informed of the study’s goal and advantages prior to the enrollment of eligible study participants. Additionally, the parents or guardians of the neonates were asked for permission to provide information about the neonates, and they signed informed consent forms before the start of the face-to-face interview. All data were anonymized throughout the study to ensure confidentiality and safeguard patient privacy. The patient’s result was notified to the physicians at the outpatient department for proper management. The participants were informed of the minor risks involved in this study, which was also conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
