: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, and the protocol was approved by the Ethics Review Committee of University of Sri Jayewardenepura (Application number: 2/17). Institutional clearance was obtained from Regional Director of Health Services Colombo/Kaluthara and Director, Colombo South Teaching Hospital Sri Lanka (Application number: 559). Samples were obtained from patients after obtaining the informed written consent of the patients. Thumb print was taken from illiterate people in front of a witness.
