: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Guizhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The data used in this research were obtained from the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System, where access is strictly regulated. Researchers were authorized to retrieve and analyze data only within the permitted scope. Rigorous procedures were applied during data extraction and processing to remove all potentially identifiable information, including patient names, identification numbers, and residential addresses, ensuring complete anonymity. Based on these measures, the Ethics Committee determined that individual informed consent was not required for this secondary analysis of anonymized data.
