: The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of the Department of Clinical Pharmacy, School of Pharmacy, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Gondar (ethical approval number SOP/342/2023).
