: The study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki. The Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Ruhunu hospital Galle, Sri Lanka, covering all three hospitals that were included for the study. There was no patient contact during data collection, and no information which expose patient identity was collected for the study. All the information was extracted from a database that was available in routine patient care management, and data were not collected for research purposes in routine management. Hence, the study was completely based on secondary data analysis and informed written consent was not applicable. Therefore, consent to participate was waived by the IRB as the study was entirely based on anonymous secondary data.
