: This retrospective study was conducted using previously collected historical microbial isolates and involved only genomic analyses. No identifiable patient information or new human data were collected as part of this research. In accordance with the policies and regulations of the Ethics Committee at Zewail City of Science, Technology, and Innovation and the Egyptian Central Directorate of Research and Health Development, formal ethical approval and individual informed consent were not required for this study.
