: This study was approved by the research, ethics, and biosafety committees of the National Institute of Paediatrics (IRB: 00008064 and IRB: 00008065) under registration INP 2024/054. The ethics committee of the National Institute of Paediatrics waived informed consent because the sample collection was part of standard care for hospitalized patients, and the isolates were obtained retrospectively.
