: Anonymity was preserved. Patient names were not used. Each patient had a unique identifier, and confidentiality was maintained. The investigator obtained ethical approval from St. Peter specialized Hospital institutional research ethics committee, ALERT Hospital academic and research department, and Dilla university college of medical, health sciences institutional review board. In addition, written permission to carry out the research was obtained from all selected public hospitals. Due to the retrospective nature of the study, informed consent was waived by the St. Peter specialized Hospital institutional research ethics committee, ALERT Hospital academic and research department, and Dilla university college of medical, health sciences institutional review board.
