: Ethical approval and informed consent waiver for the study were obtained from Mbale Hospital Research and Ethics Committee (REC), approval number MRRHREC-OUT-011/2020. Confidentiality was maintained by ensuring that individual patient-level data obtained was de-identified, encrypted, and passworded to ensure access by only an authorized team of investigators.
