: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Gaziantep City Hospital (Decision No. 219, 2025) and was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Due to the retrospective design of the study and the use of anonymized data, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the ethics committee.
