: This study was reviewed and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (2025-002-02). The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the ethical guidelines of the approving committee. The data used in this study were obtained from the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention (CISDCP). CISDCP is a mandatory reporting system established under the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases . In accordance with this national legislation, medical institutions are legally required to report notifiable infectious diseases. Therefore, in line with this legal mandate and the institutional requirements for public health surveillance, individual written informed consent was not required from the participants for the use of these routinely collected surveillance data.
