: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by Ethical Review Committee of Research, Addis Ababa City Administration Health Bureau (Ref. No. 4842/227). All participants were informed that their biological specimens and associated records would be accessible only to authorized personnel, and that all personal data would be safeguarded under strict confidentiality protocols. Participants were further advised of their unconditional right to withdraw consent at any stage of the study without repercussion.
