: Approval from a local ethics committee was not deemed necessary for this study. The study was reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors of the International Specialised Hospital of Uganda. The research followed all relevant ethical guidelines and regulations and comes in compliance with Helsinki declaration. Participation in the study was voluntary, and informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to enrolment. No personal identifiers were collected, and confidentiality was maintained throughout data handling and reporting.
