: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, and approved by the Ethics Committee in the Post Graduate Institute of Medicine Colombo22.07.2022 to 22.07.2023 and the research ethics review committee of WHO regional office for South-East Asia (SEARO-ERC)) 23.08.2022. Informed written consent was secured before the study. All measures were taken to minimize risk and maximize benefits. Participation was voluntary, with the option to withdraw at any time without penalty or loss of medical care.
