Ethical approval was granted by the Ethics Review Committee of the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka (ERC/PGIM/2023/238). The analysis was limited to publicly available Facebook comments and replies, with no direct interaction with users. All usernames and other direct identifiers were removed before analysis. Informed consent was not obtained, as the study used publicly available anonymized online data and involved neither direct participant recruitment nor user interaction.
