The study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the First People’s Hospital of Kashi Prefecture (Approval No. 2025-59). The approval was obtained retrospectively for the analysis of anonymized data collected between January 2021 and June 2023. The committee waived the requirement for additional informed consent, as the research involved only existing data with no additional interventions, and all patients had provided general informed consent for medical treatment and research at admission.
