: This study was conducted in line with the Helsinki declaration. This study was approved by the ethics/research directorate of the French Guiana University Hospital and was published on Health Data Hub with the name BIORISK. Informed consent was collected for all patients. According to French legislation (Law n° 2012–300, passed on 5 th March 2012), no further legal clearance was needed. The BIORISK database contained only medical data corresponding to the clinical variables exposed in the study, and all data were anonymized. This study does not contain any identifying patient data and consent for publication is not applicable.
