: Ethical approval was not required for this study in accordance with institutional policy, as it represents a retrospective case series based solely on data retrieved from electronic health records. The dataset contained no patient identifiers, and no patients were directly involved in data collection or contacted for the purposes of this study. Under these circumstances, the institutional ethics committee waives the requirement for informed consent and formal Institutional Review Board approval.
