Ethical approval was obtained from Benadir University Research ethics committee (reference no: BU/PSG/98/23), Kalkaal Hospital Research Center (reference no.28.8.2023 KHRC.B.R 10) and Benadir Hospital (reference no: BH/00246/08/23). The purpose of the study was communicated to each participant during the data collection process, and Verbal informed consent was obtained from all the participants and from the legal guardians for the participants who were illiterate and minors.
