The study was approved by the Institutional Human Ethics Committee of the ICMR-NIE, Ayapakkam, Chennai and IRB of all the individual participating centres. (NIE/IHEC/A/202408-12). All the participants were given information sheet, and was read out in their vernacular language. Written informed consent was obtained from all the participants who were literate.
