: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from Committee on Human Research Publication and Ethics (CHRPE) of the School of Medicine and Dentistry of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) (CHRPE/AP/204/22) and the Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee (GHS-ERC) (GHS-ERC: 011/05/22).
