Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study followed the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committee and the tenets of the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Fakeeh Care Group (reference number FIRB-25-0033). All data were anonymized before analysis, and patient confidentiality was strictly maintained throughout the study. The requirement for informed consent was waived due to the retrospective nature of the study and the use of de-identified dataset.
