: The Institutional Review Boards (IRB) of An-Najah National University approved the study protocol, and the collected data were only used for clinical research purposes. Information was kept confidential and was not used for any other purpose. Patient information was coded to protect their identities. Because retrospective data were used, the IRB of An-Najah National University waived the requirement for informed consent. The authors confirmed that all methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
