: Ethical approval was obtained prior to the commencement of the study from the Institutional Review Committee of MBAHS (IRC-MBAHS Approval number IRC-024-079). Data collection approval letter was obtained from the study cite. Written and verbal informed consent was taken before the commencement of the data collection. Privacy and confidentiality of information obtained from patient records were maintained by coding data instead of using personal identifiers.
