Ethical: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Health Research Ethics Review Committee (IHRERC) of Haramaya University, College of Health and Medical Science (Reference No. IHRERC/176/2024). Official support letters were submitted to the regional health bureaus and respective hospitals, and written consent was obtained from hospital directors. As the study was based on the retrospective review of medical records, the requirement for individual patient consent was waived. To ensure confidentiality, all data were anonymized, and personal identifiers such as patient names, medical record numbers were not included in the extraction tool. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
