: This study was ethically approved by the Biomedical Research Ethics Committee of Fujian Medical University (Approval No. 2022 − 111). All methods employed in this study were strictly carried out in accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. The data provided for this study were de-identified and aggregated before analysis, and no personal identifiers were accessible to the research team. All analyses were conducted at aggregated temporal and spatial levels, and no direct contact, intervention, recruitment, or biological sampling of individual participants was involved. In accordance with the requirements of the institutional review board, the requirement for individual informed consent was waived because the study involved only secondary analysis of anonymized and aggregated surveillance data and posed minimal risk to individuals.
