: Online informed consent was obtained from parents/carers of CYP aged 15 and below. These CYP provided online assent. In terms of the 16-to-17-year-olds, they provided online informed consent, but their parents/carers did not as per Health Research Authority recommended processes [50]. Research ethics approval was granted by the Yorkshire and The Humber—South Yorkshire Research Ethics Committee (REC reference: 21/YH/0060; IRAS project ID:293495).
