Ethics approval and consent to participate: Initially, prior to data extraction and analysis, the study plan was submitted to the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Ibb University, which granted approval on September 2, 2025 (Reference No.: IBBUNI.AC.YEM.2025.112). It was conducted in accordance with Yemeni public health laws and regulations and the Declaration of Helsinki. Owing to the retrospective nature of the study, which relies on preexisting data from medical records, an exemption from the requirement for informed consent was obtained from the committee. Administrative approvals were obtained from all participating laboratories for data access, with a guarantee of strict confidentiality of all personal information.
