Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study received ethical approval from the Ethics Review Committee (ERC) of the College of Medicine, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Approval No. 23R/439/12, dated 3 December 2024). This study was conducted using anonymized bacterial isolates obtained from routine clinical laboratory archives. Due to the research focusing exclusively on isolates without involving direct interaction with human subjects or identifiable patient data, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the College of Medicine, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
