Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the local ethics committee. All data were solely accessed and analysed retrospectively from the virology laboratory databases University Hospital of Martinique. The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Martinique under the number 2024/046. In accordance with French legislation and the MR004 reference methodology concerning retrospective studies, this study did not require patient consent to participate.
