Ethics approval and consent to participate: The research study was approved by the Ethical Review Committee of the Institute of Science and Technology, Tribhuvan University (Regd. No. ERCIOST-25-0020). B&B Hospital did not require or reissue a separate ethical clearance for this study; therefore, no additional hospital IRC reference number is available. Written informed consent was obtained from each participant for the use of their samples. For participants who were minors informed consent was obtained from a parent or legally authorized guardian. For children > 12 and < 18 years of age, written assent was obtained, while for Children > 7 and < 12 years of age, verbal assent was obtained. All methods were carried out in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
