Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This prospective study was approved by the Ethical Review Committee of First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, approval number: 2018(KY-E-011). All experimental animals came from School of Animal Science and Technology in Guangxi University (closed colony animals; batch number: SCXK(GUI)2013–0003). The care of laboratory animals and all animal experiments adhered to the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals published by the U.S. National Institutes of Health. At the end of the experiment, all pigs were euthanized by using 100 mg/kg pentobarbital.
