: This study protocol was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee Leiden The Hague Delft (METC LDD), which waived the patient informed consent for anonymized clinical data acquired before November 2020. Written informed consent was obtained from all patients which data was acquired after this period. All experiments were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki and the International Conference on Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice guideline.
