Protocols and experiments were approved externally by the Cantonal Veterinary Office of the City of Basel, Switzerland (). The study was performed under the license number BS-2644, and prior to approval by the Cantonal Veterinary Office the experimental protocol was submitted to an ethical committee by the authorities.
