Ethics approval and consent to participate: This retrospective study used pseudonymized data from a previously approved prospective study, previously approved by the St. Anne’s University Hospital Ethics Committee, Brno, Czech Republic (Ref. 32 V/2013), in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki (2000) of the World Medical Association. All patients provided written informed consent to participate in the original study and to the use of their data for future research. According to the standard practice of the St. Anne’s University Hospital Ethics Committee and applicable Czech regulations, additional approval for this retrospective analysis of pseudonymized data is not required; the committee does not issue separate written waivers for such studies.
