Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was approved by the Başkent University Institutional Review Board (Project No. KA25/437; 3 December 2025) as a retrospective, cross-sectional, observational, and non-interventional study. The approved protocol included retrospective analysis of anthropometric measurements recorded during the pre-CCTA clinical workflow together with archived imaging and dose-report data. No additional intervention or study-specific imaging procedure was performed. Individual written informed consent to participate was not obtained; the requirement for such consent was waived by the Başkent University Institutional Review Board for this retrospective, observational, and non-interventional analysis. A formal IRB clarification regarding the retrospective use of these data was issued on 27 August 2026. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.

Use of generative artificial intelligence: An AI-assisted language model was used for English-language editing, organizational support, and assistance with code-based statistical checking. All source-data verification, analytical specifications, statistical outputs, interpretations, and final manuscript text were independently reviewed and approved by the authors. No synthetic data or AI-generated clinical images were used.
