Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The blood has been collected from patient and her parents, after obtaining written informed consent at the Centre for Medical Genetics, Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos. All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments. The study was approved by the Vilnius Regional Biomedical Research Ethics Committee of Lithuania.
: The patient’s parents provided the written consent for the case report to be published. Informed consent from parents regarding photographs for publication has been obtained.
