: This study were reviewed and approved by the ethics committee of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Detailed written informed consent was obtained from all participants, and this study adhered to the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki. Since the proband of this article is a minor with cognitive impairment and disability, written informed consent for participation in this study was obtained from the parents or guardians of patient.
