Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethics approval for this study (Ref: HREC/09/CIPHS/21) was granted on 29 July 2016 by NSW Population and Health Services Research Ethics Committee and multiple Human Research Ethics Committees across Australia [CitationRef removed]. Consent is not obtained from individual women participating in the study, as their identity will not be disclosed. Individual sites granted their consent to collect and provide to AMOSS summarised non-identifiable data after an event has occurred. In addition, no photos or videos of participants are collected. Consent from participants was requested to be waived from and approved by the NSW Population & Health HREC and other ethics committees.
