Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The Ethics Committee of the College of Medicine, Sulaimani University gave permission for the research (date 29 October, 2019). The Ethics Committee approval included the interviewing of gymnasium users and the formatting of the supplement use questionaire. Participants gave informed written consent by initialing the completed questionaire. There were no additional patient interventions or investigations other than standard medical care.
