Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committees of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) and Stellenbosch University (NHREC: REC—230 408–014 and N14/01/003, respectively) and conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All procedures were fully explained in the native language of the participant, and voluntarily signed written informed consent was obtained.
