: This study protocol was conducted in compliance with the ethical principles of the Helsinki Declaration and approved by the Peking University First Hospital Clinical Research Ethics Committee. This was a retrospective study. All patients in the study were from our prospective IgA nephropathy cohort in which all patients signed the consent when they were recruited in the cohort.
